Here's How It Works:​

1. Let's Get to Know You & Your Family

Before we book your session, I want to hear everything about your family! What makes your family unique? Do you have any special traditions, favorite activities, or moments that you want to highlight? This is your chance to make the session personal, so feel free to share any ideas you have. Whether you’re looking for candid shots, more posed family portraits, or a mix of both, I’ll make sure it’s meaningful and reflective of who you are as a family.

2. Booking Your Session​

Once we’ve chosen a date and time that works best for you, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your spot (this goes toward your total session cost). If you prefer, you can pay in full at the time of booking. The final payment is due the day before or the day of the shoot, but please note that no sneak peeks or final photos will be delivered until full payment has been received.

3. Choosing the Perfect Location(s)​

Not sure where to shoot? Don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! I have a list of amazing locations, whether you want something outdoors, in the comfort of your home, or a more personalized setting. We’ll also discuss props, outfits, and any special backdrops you’d like to incorporate. If you need styling tips, I’m more than happy to help!

4. The Photo Session​

This is where the fun happens! My goal is to make sure your session feels relaxed, easygoing, and fun. I’ll bring the music, direct you with prompts and poses, and encourage your family’s personalities to shine through. Whether it’s those candid moments or family portraits, we’ll work together to capture authentic and joyful memories that will last a lifetime.

​5. Delivery of Your Photos

Within a day or two of the shoot, I’ll share a sneak peek on Facebook (unless we’ve agreed otherwise). Your fully edited photos will be ready within 14 days, although I usually finish much sooner. I take extra care in editing to make sure each image is perfect. All photos will be delivered electronically via a Dropbox link, making it easy for you to access and download your beautiful memories.
